Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using the HA Remote iOS application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the application.

1. Standard EULA Agreement

Your license to use the HA Remote application is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You can review Apple's standard EULA terms here: Apple Standard EULA.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

HA Remote offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock real-time WebSocket connection features (Premium Tier):

Auto-Renewable Monthly Subscription: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal terms: The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
Cancellations: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

3. Server Configuration & Liability

HA Remote acts solely as a client interface connecting to your self-hosted Home Assistant server. You are solely responsible for securing your Home Assistant instance, managing your network configurations, and maintaining SSL certificate certificates. We are not responsible for any security breaches or data leaks occurring on your self-hosted Home Assistant instance.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
