Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I sync data with Google Sheets?

A: Go to Settings > Cloud Sync. Connect your Google account, authorize permissions, and test connection to begin uploading/downloading local tables.

Q: Where is my data saved?

A: By default, all client records and calendars are encrypted locally on your physical device (iOS SwiftData storage). Data is only sent to the cloud if you manually connect and enable Google Sheets sync.

Q: Does the AI Assistant work offline?

A: Basic conversational database lookups run fully offline. For advanced recommendations and summaries, an active internet connection is recommended.

We are fully committed to protecting your medical and customer records

1. Collection of Information

Aesthetic CRM collects data strictly inputted by the user in-app to manage clinics, including:

  • Client Profiles (Names, phones, skin types, allergies, consultation history)
  • Schedules & Bookings (Dates, branch, doctors, customized audio sound alerts)
  • Financial Invoices (Transactions, packages purchased, session balances, payment type)

2. Data Security & Encryption

We build with Privacy by Design principles:

  • On-Device Encryption: All information is compiled within iOS SwiftData sandbox storage and never shared with external databases without authorization.
  • Biometric Protection: Face ID integration prevents unauthorized team members from browsing clients' medical reports.
  • Google Sheets Sync: This feature is completely optional. If enabled, files are transferred directly to your Google account folder using secure Google APIs. We do not store authorization tokens.

3. User Control & Data Retention

Users maintain full ownership of their database:

  • You can instantly erase the entire local cache, customer charts, and roster schedules via Settings > Data Security > Reset Cache. This action is permanent and unrecoverable.
  • To delete Google Drive sheet backups, please navigate to your personal Google Drive account and delete the files directly.
